I'll look at the big picture — is the concept clear, does the structure flow, and does each chapter build on the one before it? I'll also flag anything your reader will need but might be missing, and anywhere they might get lost.

You'll get a written response with tracked changes and comments throughout.

If you're hoping to publish with a traditional publisher, a book proposal is how you introduce yourself and your idea. Together, we'll write a proposal you can send directly to a publisher, including two sample chapters. I will:

• craft an overview, define your audience, and make the case for why you are the right person to write it
• format the proposal to your targeted publisher's guidelines

Line editing zooms in sentence by sentence — tightening language, smoothing flow, and making sure every line is clear without losing your voice.

Proofreading is the final read before your book goes out into the world. I catch any typos, grammar errors, and inconsistencies in names, terms, and formatting. This is especially important for self-publishing authors, who don't have a publisher's editorial team as a safety net.

Publishers wear a lot of hats. Sometimes what an author needs most is someone entirely in their corner. I can be a trusted reader and thought partner, focused solely on you and your book. Whether you need a sounding board, a second set of eyes, or help maintaining momentum, I'm here.
